Traditional ingredients reimagined through food, drinks, crafts, and performances in Dadaocheng neighborhood

The 2026 Herbal Party will take place at Yongle Market on August 29 and 30, bringing herbal-inspired food and drinks, a market, performances, and craft to Dadaocheng neighborhood in Datong district, according to the Taipei City Office of Commerce.
Running from 1 PM to 9 PM on both days, the event will feature outdoor and indoor activities at Yongle Market on Dihua Street.
More than 20 Dadaocheng businesses, including herbal medicine shops, dried-goods stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, and creative retailers, are participating, with six limited-edition drinks and four specially developed snacks planned, according to the city government.
The program is also expected to include performances combining music, dance, and the surrounding streetscape, as well as textile dyeing, mineral tea, incense-making, and singing-bowl experiences.
