A daytime beach party heads to Tamsui District
OUT & ABOUT returns on June 27 for its fifth edition, this time taking over to Shalun Beach in New Taipei City's Tamsui District for a full day of music, sunset views, and community gathering by the coast.
Before the music begins, organizers will host a beach clean-up from 12 PM to 2 PM, inviting attendees to help clear the shoreline before the event starts. Participants will receive free beer during the clean-up session as a thank-you, organizers said.
The event then runs from 2 PM to 10 PM, with a lineup featuring JW, Berthom, DZRT FRST, Kiko Barraza, Kirby Anderson, and The Cook The Thief. According to the organizers, the atmosphere will lean more toward laid-back daytime house music rather than a full on rave.
Vendors including Plants on Fire, Bonnie’s Makeup Studio, and Shuyan Says will also return, alongside communal tables where guests are encouraged to bring food or drinks to share.
