Percussion Meets Blue Box: Jeu Blanc
Percussion and circus collide in a minimalist sensory performance

Percussion Meets Blue Box: Jeu Blanc will be performed at Taipei Performing Arts Center on July 25 and 26, bringing percussion, contemporary circus, object manipulation, and physical theater together in a Taiwan-produced adaptation of a French work, according to Taipei Performing Arts Center.
The production was developed from an original work by French artist Denis Fargeton and Les Percussions de Strasbourg. It uses mallets, white balls, juggling, movement, sound, and a mechanical puppet to explore the relationship between bodies, objects, rhythm, and visual perception, according to the venue.
With no spoken language or subtitles, the production is suitable for audiences interested in experimental music, contemporary circus, and visually driven performance.
