Hot and cloudy weather with a high-temperature advisory is expected in Taipei on Thursday, according to a forecast published 7:05 AM by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

Daytime temperatures will range from 28°C to 37°C, with a 20% chance of rain. Conditions should feel generally comfortable at times, but the heat may become intense enough to raise the risk of heatstroke, the agency said.

Cloudy skies are expected to continue tonight into early Friday, with brief showers or thunderstorms possible. The chance of rain will rise to 40%, with temperatures ranging from 27°C to 33°C.
