Hot, sunny weather and possible afternoon thunderstorms are expected Sunday under a high-temperature advisory, according to a forecast updated at 7:05 AM by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

Daytime temperatures in Taipei will range from 27°C to 36°C, with a 50% chance of rain, the weather agency said. Rising temperatures and high humidity may make conditions feel muggy and increase the risk of heatstroke, so you should drink plenty of water, use sun protection, and carry rain gear.

It will be cloudy Sunday night into early Monday, with brief showers possible. The chance of rain will fall to 30%, while temperatures will range from 27°C to 32°C. You may also want to wear breathable clothing as the weather remains warm and muggy.
