Hot, cloudy weather with brief afternoon thunderstorms is expected in Taipei on Tuesday, with a high-temperature advisory in effect, according to a forecast published 7:05 AM by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

Daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 26°C to 36°C, with a 40% chance of rain and conditions feeling comfortable at times but hot enough to raise the risk of heat-related discomfort.

The CWA said the city will turn hotter and slightly humid, so you may want to prepare sun protection, drink plenty of water, and carry an umbrella just in case.

Tonight and early Wednesday are expected to be mostly cloudy to overcast, with a 20% chance of rain and temperatures ranging from 26°C to 31°C.
