Hot sunshine and a possible afternoon thunderstorm are expected in Taipei on Saturday under a high-temperature advisory, according to a forecast updated at 7:05 AM by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

Daytime temperatures will range from 27°C to 36°C, with a 30% chance of rain. Conditions may feel hot and muggy, with a risk of heatstroke, so you should protect yourself from the sun, drink water, monitor how you feel, and perhaps carry rain gear.

Skies will be sunny to partly cloudy Saturday night and early Sunday, when temperatures will range from 27°C to 32°C. The chance of rain will fall to 20%, although a brief shower will remain possible, the CWA said.
