Cloudy or overcast skies with brief showers and possible thunderstorms are expected in Taipei today, according to a forecast published 7:05 a.m. Wednesday by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

Daytime temperatures will range from 23°C to 30°C, with high humidity making conditions feel warm and muggy. There is a 60% chance of rain during the day, so you might want to carry an umbrella and be prepared for showers.

The chance of precipitation could reach 70% into the evening and early Thursday morning, the weather agency said, with overcast skies expected. Overnight temperatures will drop to between 20°C to 26°C, creating generally more comfortable conditions.
