Mostly cloudy skies and brief afternoon thunderstorms are expected in Taipei on Monday, according to a forecast published 7:05 AM by Taiwan’s Central Weather Administration (CWA).

The CWA said there is a 60% chance of rain during the day, with temperatures ranging from 28°C to 34°C. The weather is expected to feel comfortable at first, then turn muggy and hot enough to raise the risk of heat stress.

Tonight into early Tuesday morning, skies are forecast to be cloudy to overcast, with a 20% chance of rain and temperatures ranging from 26°C to 31°C, the weather agency said.
