Taipei Very Live! 2026
Catch 78 performances across 27 venues over six weeks
Taipei Very Live! 2026 is bringing 78 performances to 27 music venues across the city from August 1 to September 6, giving music fans a chance to enjoy Taipei's live music scene as part of this year's Trendy Taipei festival, according to the Taipei City Government's Department of Cultural Affairs.
The six-week program spans everything from live houses and jazz bars to music restaurants, bookstores, cafes, and outdoor stages, with jazz, rock, pop, electronic, hip-hop, folk, and world music on the lineup, according to the department.
Highlights include Japanese band Wisteria and Hong Kong's Goodnight Lillie performing at MOONDOG on August 21, jazz performances at Sappho Live Jazz on August 22 and 27, and Canadian dream-pop band The Neverminds at PIPE Live Music on September 4.
Some performances are free, including an electronic and Indigenous music party at MAJI Square on September 5, while admission and ticketing arrangements for other shows vary by venue, according to the department.
