A "romance themed" two-day market featuring burger vendors

The 2026 edition of Hamburger University is coming to Taipei Expo Park for a two-day burger market on the last weekend of May, themed around the stages of romance, according to the organizer, Funtasty Taiwan.
Expect a lineup of burger shops, food trucks, fried chicken, barbecue, and yakitori vendors from Taipei, New Taipei, Chiayi, and Tainan.
Participating vendors including Burgerciaga, Tableau by Craig Yang, WHAT’S LA SAUCE, WEDO-Burger, sheep+pony, Cancer Burger, Hotties Fried Chicken, Burger Hood, Smokin’, Mr. Bandy, C&C’s, NO TROUBLE, and 鵼yakitori.
Tickets can be purchased at the door, but advance tickets are available online at a lower price, the organizer said.
