The Taiwan Culinary Exhibition returns to Taipei this summer with four days of food, drinks, cooking demonstrations, and interactive experiences celebrating Taiwan's food culture.
Organized by the Taiwan Visitors Association, this year's exhibition is themed "Terroir in Fermentation," highlighting brewing, fermentation, aging, and local ingredients from across Taiwan, according to the organizers.
Visitors can sample regional specialties, browse edible souvenirs, watch live demonstrations, and explore themed exhibition areas featuring Taiwanese and international cuisine.
